Are You Being Bullied? Take Our Free Assessment

Millions of people experience bullying every day — at work, at school, online, and even at home. Our free bullying self-assessment helps you identify if you're experiencing workplace bullying, school bullying, cyberbullying, or emotional manipulation. After completing the assessment, you'll receive personalized guidance, recommended resources, and actionable next steps to protect yourself and regain your confidence.

Warning signs of bullying include: being excluded from meetings or social events, having your work constantly criticized, receiving threats or intimidation, being the target of rumors or gossip, and feeling anxious or afraid around certain people. If any of these sound familiar, our assessment can help you understand what you're facing.

Free Anti-Bullying Training — 7 Pillars of Empowerment

Our comprehensive training program is built on seven pillars designed to transform you from a target into an empowered individual who stands tall with confidence:

Stand Up: Learn to confront bullying with courage using proven scripts and strategies. Our Stand Up training teaches assertive communication techniques backed by research, including the DEAR MAN framework from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Set Boundaries: Master the art of saying no without guilt. Get ready-to-use scripts like "I'm not comfortable with that" and "That doesn't work for me." Learn to protect your time, energy, and emotional well-being from toxic people.

Reclaim Your Voice: Speak up after being silenced. This pillar helps you find your authentic voice, overcome the fear of confrontation, and express yourself clearly and confidently in any situation.

Build Inner Strength: Develop unshakable resilience through daily practices, mindset shifts, and evidence-based techniques for building self-worth and emotional armor.

Respond With Strength: Master conflict resolution, de-escalation tactics, and therapeutic communication. Learn how to stay calm under pressure and respond — not react — to difficult people.

Bullying Demographics — Who Is Most Affected?

Bullying does not affect all groups equally. According to NCES 2022 data, Native American students face the highest bullying rates at 31%, followed by multiracial students at 27% and Black students at 25%. Gender differences are significant: 24% of girls vs 17% of boys report being bullied, while non-binary students face rates as high as 32%. LGBTQ+ students are disproportionately affected, with 52% of LGBTQ+ students and 59% of transgender students experiencing bullying (GLSEN 2022). Students with disabilities face bullying at 33% compared to 19% for peers without disabilities. Cyberbullying rates are highest among girls at 38% vs 26% for boys, and peak during ages 12-14.

The Economic Cost of Bullying — $14.3 Billion Annual Impact

Bullying costs the United States an estimated $14.3 billion annually. Workplace bullying alone accounts for $8.8 billion in lost productivity and turnover. Schools spend $3.5 billion on interventions, counseling, and security measures. The healthcare system absorbs $2 billion in mental health treatment for bullying-related anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The lifetime cost per bullied child ranges from $85,000 to $140,000 when accounting for reduced educational attainment, lower lifetime earnings, and increased healthcare utilization. Sources include the Workplace Bullying Institute 2024, CDC Youth Risk Behavior Survey, and American Journal of Public Health.

The Bullying-to-Violence Pipeline — Research Data

Research from the U.S. Secret Service and FBI reveals a documented pathway from chronic bullying victimization to violent behavior. The escalation follows four stages: chronic victimization, social isolation, crisis point, and violent ideation. According to the Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center, 71% of school attackers were chronically bullied, 87% felt persecuted or bullied by others, and bullying was the most common factor in school shootings. The FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit found that 78% of attackers had a documented history of being bullied. Prevention through early intervention programs can reduce violent incidents by up to 50% according to SAMHSA.
